You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in original packaging and resalable condition unless otherwise stated below. This return policy applies to purchases shipped to addresses in the United States; for other destinations, please contact us for applicable terms.

Items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and not damaged by misuse. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping proof of postage.
4. Return Process
Contact us via the contact form or email to request a return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a reference number. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-branded or custom-sized panels are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in transit. Other exclusions may apply and will be stated at checkout or on the product page.
